Andsa Hospitality is honored to be involved with industry innovations like modular construction. This is the process of building individual prefabricated hotel rooms with an assembly-line production and stacking all completed rooms on top of each other to form the hotel. Modular Construction is rapidly growing in the hospitality industry because of its quick production of a hotel from beginning to end.
Andsa Hospitality worked with Marriott’s first dual-branded modular project and largest prefabricated development to-date. This project consisted of 221 Marriot Courtyard rooms and 133 Townplace Suites.
Guerdon Modular Buildings was responsible for the modular production of the 354 room project from Marriott. It only took 14 months from the first module being placed to the doors opening.
